Just what has Kelly shown in 6 games that gives people confidence? Nothing scheme wise is impressive. The team isn’t playing above their talent level. His philosophy isn’t the “future” of CFB. He certainly hasn’t been a brilliant sideline strategist.

Will Kelly get a Hendon Hooker level QB? Is that guy already in the building?

Which coach out there could LSU have hired whom can do all of this?

He was bad at VA Tech for three years! He coached him up and put him in a offense where he can excel. This is not ever going to happen here unless thing change.

Imagine for a second how awful 0 would have been at Notre Dame with their limitations on athletes and recruiting area. Kelly has to rebuild this place. It is what it is.

The signs are always there early and you’d think by now our fans would be able to see them. But no, most of the Rant lives in a perpetual state of delusion with narratives that shift like the seasons, always the same and always at the same time of year.

But next year he needs to make the changes in his philosophy.

Then why did we hire a guy that needs to change his philosophy in year 2? Maybe we should have just hired a guy that already has a philosophy that wins more games

I am talking about when he took over a 3-7 last year and lost 35 players to the portal going into his first year. Kelly has no excuse next year was my point. He did this with a crap roster when he took over and no recruiting advantages. If Kelly does not change his offensive philosophy we will get more of the same.

O? Wtf does he have to do with anything? And limitations, if you believe that you’ll believe anything. You can field an NFL roster with Notre Dame players who’ve been to the league under Kelly, many of them upper level NFL guys.

Like I said you people follow a very predictable pattern. Goose steppers man, you people think like chickens.

Who should they have hired that would've been better?

He named someone else the starter last year. Point being, he got lucky. Talent evaluation is harder than we fans think.

I’m not saying a coach has to do all of this. I’m asking is Kelly providing ANY ONE OF THESE? If so, tell me which one cause I’m not seeing it.

Look, I know Tenn is better than LSU this year and destroyed us. But let's pump the brakes on them just a bit. They still have to play UGA and Bama potentially TWICE.

Tennessee lost I think 6 games last year and got their asses handed to them in several.

Do it. They have to have been at Notre Dame within a 5 year period of each other.

Let's see the team.
