And Shea was our starting qb the last two years how many of these losses would have been victories:

Wisconsin 14-16
Auburn 13-18
Bama 0-10
Florida 10-16
Moo State 7-37
Troy 21-24
Bama 10-24
Notre Dame 17-21

We don’t do hypotheticals on The Rant. Have a downvote, because I’ve learned to be an a-hole here.

Or we could have signed the Hawaiian dude that replaced Shea.

He's pretty bad against real competition so he'd flip that Troy game.

Maybe, but the box would not have 8/9 defensive guys in it with Shea at qb

Obviously letting Patterson get away from LSU was a HUGE mistake. That being said Patterson's brother was on LSU's staff and MILES let him go! That is when Ole Piss "can't believe I am saying Ole Piss was smarter than LSU in football" was smart enough to hire his brother understanding what that dynamic would do in the recruiting of Shea!

Another completely bonehead move by Miles!!!

how would he have thrown any passes wearing handcuffs?

I mean this - the main priority in miles passing game was not completions and td passes - the mark of success was not to throw interceptions.

we can always punt.

It wouldn't have mattered. Mett was as good or better of a college football QB as Shea, Miles still didn't let him win throw when the game was on the line against Bama in 2012. The QB was the scapegoat, Miles was the problem.

Dudebro2-Maybe if Shea Patterson’s Brother didn’t try to STEAL, then maybe he would have been on staff. And Shea would have been the QB.

Hindsight is 20/20. Shea Patterson is a bitch. Plus what's says he becomes what he was at ole miss here Chad Kelly did same shite but I'd consider him garbage none the less. Also why the hell does it matter where his brother works if that a requirement yea you a bitch

Would t have made a bit of difference because Shea Patterson isn’t any better than Danny Etling. In fact, he’s worse because he is an interception machine. He will not even be the starter At Michigan this year. In fact, he may never see playtime again unless he leaves there too.

Yes and we would have won the Wisconsin game and Miles would stilll be coaching. Crazy how some of you bitch Miles let him go but if he had not he’d still be the coach and youd be bitching about him.

We didn't need that prima donna QB and his big brother trying to ride on his coattails.
