...at the NC. Agree or disagree?

The truth is we are not Bama and ESPN and the rest of the media won't bat for us like they did for them last year. Discuss...

Absolutely agree
Had we won the NC last year, i think we would have a chance at a rematch (under the scenario we lose 11/3/12)

I think until nov 3rd, the country will be all over bama's jock and honestly, rightfully so - they dominated us in the NC game. and have been Nat Champs 2/3 years

There will be some other team - FSU, OU, UT, Oregon that will make a good enough statement to convince the espn guys to prevent another possible rematch

Btw, I agree. Said it last year, if lsu would have lost November 5th, no shot we get in over Oklahoma State

We need to get to Nov unscathed before talking rematch. Chalking up these next 6 weeks as automatic victories sets up for disappointment. Signed Kentucky 2007.

That argument is bullshite from both ends. LSU would have been in the NCG if we'd lost to Bama in OT last year. Bama was not given special treatment over OSU. They were the better team and had an equivalent record.

This year if we're the 1st or second best team, we'll play in the big game. If not, we won't.

People need to get the chip off their shoulder!

You must live in a land of fairies. I guess you are saying there is no bias in the media. I guess you think there is no liberal bias in the media either.

no way in hell there will be a rematch if lsu loses. we shite the bed to bad last year for that to happen. it's on us if we dont win in br. bama will always get the benefit of the doubt bc they have been dominating college football for the last 3 years.

All things are possible... Last year's rematch is proof.

I'm all for enjoying the season one game at a time. Can't control all the ESPN machinations.

Lol if you think lsu would have been voted in as a 1- loss team. We wouldnt have been top3.

I hear you prom, but UF is garbage. Usce doesnt have a good enough qb to win the east. Bama is really the only game to worry ab as fans. Dont forget, we dont play the games.

There is not going to be a rematch this year no matter what happens. ESPN is not going to let that happen. They didnt want it last year and they are not going to let it happen this year. Besides if we lose to Bama and don't win the SEC I really don't want to see us in the title game.

yeah that's a failure dude.

OSU played more ranked teams with a tougher schedule, pretty clearly as a matter of fact

and no LSU doesn't get the same chance as Bama....maybe only 5-6 other schools would
