Same exact crap. Nothing would have been different.
i would be pissed if herron switched on lsu on signing day. that would just be wrong.

RN is signing with OM.
this is exactly why college football sucks. the end of the year is so bogus. this system just poops on what could be the greatest sport in America by a landslide. there needs to be an 8 team playoff. lsu no doubt would have been a favorite to win it all this year.
mett plays with the worst group of wr lsu has had in a long time also. take that into consideration. the wr cannot separate from the defender. it seems the wr are always blanketed and never open. mett basically has to throw the perfect pass for a completion everytime he drops back. its either really bad wr or really bad playcalling where the db's know what there running. the wr are just never open and i dont get it.

mett can wing it, and with time to throw i have all the confidence in the world of him getting it to a wr to make a play.

however, mett is a complete dipshit in pocket awareness and hopefully that will come with experience bc he is killing us with the lack of understanding when to step into pocket and when not and when to throw ball away and reading when the blitz is coming and not.
no way in hell there will be a rematch if lsu loses. we shite the bed to bad last year for that to happen. it's on us if we dont win in br. bama will always get the benefit of the doubt bc they have been dominating college football for the last 3 years.
really stupid post. if we won the national title last year or have won 2 or last 3 national titles then we would be in bamas position. we played idaho last night. we are just fine with the media.

these post make lsu fans look like idiots
if you are standing up and no one else is standing, then you are a complete arse. i cant believe someone would think this is ok. just stupid.
we play in the sec. our ooc schedule is the least of my worries. we could play 4 high schools and our schedule would still be brutal.
we should be the favorite vs every team in the country next year.

More chatter on the Messenger well -- heard that they are getting ready to build fresh water ponds at the well site. Assume this would be for use in the frac process.

330ash,

What exactly does this mean? is this a good sign? bad sign?

Are you asking about near the Bienville border or near the Sabine- De Soto border?

Tiger V,

I am about 3 miles south of the Red River Line and about 10 miles east(guess)of the DeSota line. Township 10 north, 8 range west.

thanks

Tigerdog83 or whoever:

If a owner doesnt sign a lease agreement, and is force pulled (over 50% of the section already leased) and has to wait for the for the O&G company to recover all there cost:

1. Since you didnt agree on the royalty package (example:25%). Does this mean that you will get all 100% of your royalty, since you didnt sign a lease agreement? If that is the case, then would that even be a better option for some people that have the time to wait?

2. How long before the co. recovers all there cost? I think you said it might be 10 years or so before you see anything, but if your getting 100% of the royalty rather than 20%, why not wait?

TigerDog83,

Thanks for all your information and knowledge here. I have learned a great deal from reading your post. Have you heard anything for the North Natchitoches parish? I saw one of your post saying that township 10 is the cutoff. I have land in Township 10 North, Range 8 West. This is in the Powhatten area a couple miles south of the Red River line. Landmen are everywhere down here, and I here they are starting to lease (Encana). I have not heard anything, but have my finger crossed. I know,as of know I am on the fringe of things, but would love any input you have on what your hearing and what type of negotiating power I might have? royalty? leasing bonus per acre? that sort of thing.

thanks again
