If LSU loses the SECCG, has one lose, you know Bama jumps us

Let’s say tOU wins out, Clemson wins out, GA wins out, the Gumps will pass us in the rankings.
Just saying.
fricking Bama gets a bye and WILL jump us into the playoffs.
It’s a shame LSU has to win out (including the SECCG) to make the play offs if Clem and OU win out.

Maybe in the BCS system type rankings they would, but I don't think the CFP committee would do this.

No way they jump us, assuming that would be our only loss. Both teams would have one loss, and we would own the head to head with more quality wins.
TBH, an undefeated LSU losing to a 1-loss Georgia in the SEC championship game probably shuts Bama out of the playoff picture completely.

An 11-1 Alabama team that has one quality win would not go ahead of a 12-1 LSU team with multiple quality wins including one at Alabama. No way. But let’s just go 13-0 anyway.

So you are telling me that losing a game that Bama was literally unable to play in because we beat them would benefit the team who is sitting at home with their feet up?
Just throw out the entire regular season and put Ohio State, Clemson, Bama, and a random Power 5 team in every year instead.
