I will coordinate a "March for Miles" from Walk-Ons to his front door.

Sad.

Sure, he's had us real aggrevated at times.....

But this has been an awesome 10 years.

He has us in contention for the West almost every year. He recruits Top 10 classes routinely. He's producing double-digit win seasons one after the other.

AND.... he cracks me up!

Problem is it's impossible to find anybody qualified to fill the position.

Maybe we should have Frank Wilson go undercover and work for another team for a year or two, quit and come back as our head coach! That worked out well for USC......

Frank, that you?

If you want a position coach, with zero HC'ing experience in college football, to take over the LSU gig, knock yourself out. I don't ever see that happening given the current status of LSU football, but who knows....chit can happen.

Semi-sad

But if we hired David Shaw, I'd perk up pretty quick.

Although sometimes I think Les is MAD, I will be very sad when he leaves. Loves his kids & they love him. Geaux Les.

Ok fine !! I'll play along.

How bout ambivalence? Despite what Choctaw/LNCH think, I don't hate the man at all.

And lord knows we could end up with someone truly schitty taking over....Hallman says hi!!!

Please no- because Joe Alleva would have to name a head football coach and if that has to happen may God have mercy on our souls.

I used "sad" cause of the 3 choices that one would was closer to what I would feel.

If not limited to those 3, concern would more be my feelings. I don't want Miles to leave given our remarkable success under his leadership, but if he wanted to leave after giving us the best decade, overall, in results in our history I wouldn't be mad or sad.

I would be concerned bout the gamble that comes with replacing any successful HC.

If we look at 1980-1999, we had a few swings and misses. imo

Sad.

He is the best coach in LSU history, and I'll be sad to see him leave, whenever that happens.

The responses are limited by the choices, as well as the lack of detail about the 11-2 season in question.

Again, if the second loss was a 21-0 Bama-esque "deer in the headlights" embarrassment in the NCG, then I suspect a number of the "sad" responses would be different.

If the two losses were to Alabama and Ole Miss - I'd be thrilled.

Anywhere from very sad to completely crushed, depending on what replacement we could get.

People don't understand how lucky we are to have two great coaches in a row, including one that will have been here over 10 years.
