As long as G or the Cane's guy pays his buyout.....maybe. But I don't necessarily have the hard on for Gruden, give me some other names I might be more excited about because a guy who hasn't coached in several years and has never been college coach, and never dealt with anything like NIL and the transfer portal in his life......not necessarily down for him being the one that would trigger this move.

I don't get the infatuation with Gruden. He won with the Raiders with Rich Gannon. He won in Tampa with Dungy's players and Brad Johnson. He has never developed QB's. His last run with the Raiders they weren't winners. His overall record is mediocre at best.
Any AD woild be a fool to hire him as a HC.
