I don’t believe he was ever the “co-OC” at FSU. Maybe the HC was calling the plays, but Atkins was the only OC from 2022-2024

I’m not sure why y’all think Atkins is the answer. He’s a career OL coach who has never been a play caller at any stop. And he’s only here as our TE coach/RGC because Norvel fired him at FSU.
I’m not saying he shouldn’t be on staff or anything, but it’s a little surprising to see folks advocate for handing off playcalling duties midseason to someone with less playcalling experience than Joe Sloan. Especially when he’s the current run game coordinator for a team who can’t run to save their life.

That is fair, he did not have an official "co" designator.
