I would suspend him for three games.
IF it is proven that he is the guy in the video that kicked the guy on the ground what will police do?
I realize there are a lot of IFS, but what would you do?

Which guy? If it resulted in minor injuries, suspension for a couple games. If if resulted in the fractured vertebrae I'd suspend him indefinitely and I'd give a lot of thought to kicking him off the team.

If JJ kicked the guy and he is charged with second degree battery, I think that miles has to at least contemplate kicking him off of the team. If the discipline is not that aggressive then I think that you definitely have to suspend him for more than 3 games!

Kick him from the team, start JLee, if JLee doesnt come through, start Mett and give him the experience he needs so he will be prepared for next year.

If he was charged with second degree battery and pled down to simple (which is what would happen), I'd suspend him for 4 to 6 games.
