Would you think we win or lose? Honest question. I say win.

Florida's offense- particularly Trask- did much better than I expected. Kudos to them. But LSU still covered.

I was thinking around 20. UF consistently converting long 3rd downs was the surprise and troubling aspect for me.

It's not that Florida had 28 it's how they get there that surprised me. I thought they'd get a few turn overs maybe a sack with a scoop and score, a busted coverage TD and a garbage time TD to make it 28.

I did NOT expect them to have 6, 8 plus play drives for 4 TD's and double the time of possession! I'm sorry fellas but that is UNSAT for the defense!

Queen bats down a 4th down pass and Delpit doesn’t drop a pick and they have 7 at half.

This is not about Florida as much as it is about LSU. Florida has a very good defense and their quarterback proved to be more than efficient.

We Need to enjoy this huge win & what Coach O has done in a short period of time.

Win. I was borderline shocked, particularly after the first 2nd half drive when Florida took the 28-21 lead. At that point in time I thought UF would tack on 3 or 4 more TDs.

It was Joe Burrow's response to that Florida lead which completely changed the game. That took the air out of UF's sails as they went 3-and-out on their next two possessions.

And, we're not talking about the classic LSU teams, even under Miles, that had rock-ribbed defenses. You're talking bout a team which gave up 38 to VANDY!

Most on this website would say that Auburn has a much better defense than LSU. How much did Auburn allows vs Florida? They allowed 24. We allowed 28, they allowed 24. Cmon guys.

If you would have told me they'd score 28 points with no defensive or special teams scores, I would have laughed at you.

There is still improvement to be mad on pass rush.

IF. It's always the big IF that separates the losers from the winners. I know LSU won the game but IMO the Defense lost more battles than they won.
The defense has to do a better job of making the plays when the opportunities are there. That's the difference between the 2011 Defense and a 2019 defense. The uber talented players are in position to make the plays but too many times they don't. (Period)

I predicted 39-19 and if holding Shelvin on one of UF's 3rd down and long conversions deep in their own territory would have been called, it would have probably been 42-21.

Really? That’s when I knew the game was over and we’d crank it up on them.
