If Daniels wants a cease and desist, give it to him

We've argued the jersey retirement thing before and I've always maintained that it's stupid and I don't like it.

If I were in charge of LSU, then there wouldn't be any jersey retirements.

Having said that, I'm more disappointed in JD's hubris. Like, who the f**k does that guy think he is? The arrogance is repulsive.

JD and his family can go frick themselves.

And while I'm at it, the same goes for Burrow if he thinks his number shouldn't be issued to another player.

You are an idiot if you think Jayden isn't used as a recruiting tool constantly. How many players do you think we've recruited that aren't reminded that LSU has had a couple of Heismans recently? They aren't on campus long before they are shown those trophies. And you want to remove that to make what point, exactly?

Of course it is. You're kidding yourself if you think this hurts LSU more than it does him. LSU won't remove his Heisman trophy or bringing up they have 2 recent Heisman trophy winners. He just might not be displayed in photos around the facility or jumbotron for highlights.

This is a very bad look for JD5 not LSU.
