Correct. Partly because he had a run right before of 3-28 before and at the beginning of sec play. Or were we saying that he believes we’d have a 5 game improvement just in sec play with Braun playing? If so I even more strongly disagree. That means we’d have gone 11-1 to start.

No way we have a 5 game improvement just switching them out but I do believe we have different outcomes in some games.
Many of Yorkes errors were then compounded with other guys making errors when we should have been out of the inning or pitchers giving up multiple runs when we should have been out.
He was a guaranteed pop out his last 25 AB’s with terrible plate discipline. One of many busts in this years portal class.
If Jay didn’t trust the freshman then he should have had Cade try it at 1st to keep his bat in the game. Cade is a subpar catcher at best. He is lazy behind the plate and tries to glove everything…and I hate this BS one leg kick out the catchers do now. It limits their mobility and the trade off for better “framing” in no way makes up for the passed balls.

Thank god someone else hates this as much as me. I was thinking maybe I’m being irrational
