If anyone watched any of the Bama/Georgia game, you see how far...

LSU has to go to get to their level. Hopefully Kiffin will get us there at some point, but for now the difference is very significant. I like Baker, but he just seems to have no answer against decent teams. As for the offense, it all starts at the LOS and we are struggling once again, with a terrible oline. Hopefully that can be remedied in the portal. You just aren't going to beat good teams with a trash oline!

To be fair our OL probably went from complete arse (last year) to about average to below average. Give another off-season and we're probably where we need to be at a minimum.
As much as I hate changes I'm not gonna be upset if we're in the new DC sweepstakes at the end of the season.

Bama didn’t make the playoffs 2 years ago, lost 4 games
They lost 2 regular season games last year , got whipped in sec championship then killed in the playoffs
Lost to Clark Lea once and Brent Venebles twice
They aren’t what they once were and aren’t where Georgia is

Go back and read my post. I didn't say Bama was where they once were, I said there is a great distance between where LSU is now compared to Bama and Georgia. Bama is definitely not the "Saban Era" Bama, but on a different level than LSU.

I'll definitely give you that. I think a little below average would be a good description of the oline this year. Just goes to show how much of an atrocity they were last year!

This is correct.
It was very clear last night. Looked like NFL vs college between the two games.
Sucks, but it is what it is.
