I agree, and I don't know why in the year 2025, we are playing championship games (or championship series games) near lunch time. It makes no sense.

thank god there was a good breeze… can you imagine how awful that would be if there were no breeze?

It would actually be better without the breeze. Once the air temperature climbs above the average body temperature of 98, the breeze actually serves to warm you up by blowing air onto you that’s hotter than your body’s internal temperature. It’s like blowing a heater onto you.

You don’t think it gets every bit as hot in coastal SC as in coastal LA?

I lived in Charleston for a decade. Hot is hot and it gets hot in S.C. But the Louisiana heat + humidity is a special kind of hot. We may not be talking about a huge degree of difference but I'll take a hot coastal, Atlantic breeze SC summer over a hot swampy, stiflingly muggy LA summer any day.

We could be playing Death Valley University in Furnace Creek CA and some dudes on here would declare LSU has the advantage because LA heat is worse.

NCAA needs to stop letting ESPN dictate game times. Schedule it for 7pm from the get go and tell them that’s the game time.

It was very pleasant yesterday evening once the sun got behind the upper deck around the 6th inning. Would’ve been perfect if first pitch was at 7 instead of 6

I’m cool with starting at 10pm.

Last couple games that went past midnight, went pretty well for the tigers
