All these guys on staff want to be here and will do their best to get this team competing on a high level. These coaches will give it their all and you can't deny that. Most are born and raised here in Louisiana and have their dream jobs. I fully expect these coaches are all on the same page and will work together just nicely. That's more important in game planning to beat an opponent. Everybody working together and building that confidence in the players.

Really? More important then ability? Ok

And who has their dream job? Last year Ensminger didn’t want to be an OC and mumbles has apparently dreamed of every head coaching job in the country.

Canada wanted to be here but he didn’t bow at the feet of O and didn’t want a dline coach meddling in his offense. Ensminger doesn’t want to be the OC at LSU he turned the job down last year and had to be begged not to retire by O. Quit buying the lies O and his media cronies are selling.

That’s exactly the philosophy of Urban Meyer and Nick Saban, so I agree with you. It’s a little known fact that almost Saban’s whole staff are Alabama natives who really wanna be there. He won’t hire a guy otherwise.

Lane Kiffen was not a guy who “really wanted to be there” but Saban thought he was. This has been under reported, but the reason for all the friction between those two was that shortly after hiring him Saban realized that Kiffen WAS NOT a Bama guy and did NOT REALLY WANNA BE THERE.

I don't know any thriving program that values this kind of nonsense.

I was never an O apologist I’ve been on the fence about him since the hire. As far as totally going anti- O now the Canada situation convinced me of what kindve guy he is plus I had a chance to speak to some people in the know over the holidays and what they told me about this guy was horrifying.

I'm from Louisiana. We call it that Boot. Either get on the train or get off. These coaches are going to surprise the hell out of you. LSU is back and everyone knows it.
