Please describe the atmosphere in Tiger Stadium last night. We were getting text updates in the woods. I EXPECT a freaking father of the year nomination for taking my son camping.

You can watch the replay on [link=(SECSports.com)]https://secsports.com/SECVIDEO/TabId/468/VideoId/9320/Alabama-Vs-LSU-Nov-6-2010-Full-Game.aspx[/link].

I had a wedding reception and missed the 2nd half so I watched on the interwebz.

Should've taken him "camping" at a Chili's or something and watched the game.

Man I don't think I could've enjoyed myself out in the woods while the Tigers were playing a game like that, and not be able to at least listen to it.
Props to you.

After the Randle touchdown, it was probably the best atmosphere in the stadium in quite some time for the remainder of the game.

Did you happen to see the Ole Miss mascot while camping?

Still don't think it ranks with Florida or AU 2007 nor do I think it ranks with UGA 2003.

That said, the first half was "ok" ... the 4th quarter was rocking.

Put it this way, in 2007 for UF & AU I couldn't hear the radio through my headphones with the volume as high as possible and phones pressed to my ear. THIS did NOT happen yesterday ...

The atmosphere on Campus & in the Stadium was right up there with the best games I've been to at TS and I've been to a bunch.

I personally think it was, as an earlier poster said, right behind Florida '07 and UGA '03. Those two game atmospheres were the best I've been privy to. But yesterday was pretty damn good.

I don't think it was even close to those two games...it was dead for the band's pregame routine, and the crowd was dead for the first half.

Florida in 2007 was electric from start to finish.

i agree the crowd was dead until randle scored...then when bama scored right back it was dead again for a lil bit...it was rockin in the 4th quarter though

Pretty boring game. Neither coach wanted to take any chances with trick plays. Most of the crowd left at halftime....

Pregame was so-so, but crowd got pretty rockin on Bama's first two possessions. After our offense took the field for the 2nd time in Bama territory and still didn't get a 1st down, crowd was dead for the rest of the 1st half. Offense was just pathetic once again and only had 40-50 yards of total offense I believe.

2nd half was a different story, fake punt got the crowd buzzing for the next few drives until Randle's catch and things just exploded. It died a little after Bama easily went right down the field on the following drive, but when the offense was actually moving the ball, the crowd was back in it. (amazing how that has an impact, huh Gary?)

The 4th quarter was probably the most electric day-game atmosphere since the 03 UGA game, as the crowd was going absolutely insane.
