A restaurant here in Columbia makes BLTs with a spread so I decided to recreate it at home without the bother of adding lettuce.
I mixed a little block of cream cheese with 2 T. mayo, a cup of cherry tomatoes cut into quarters, and about 5 pieces of fried and crumbled bacon. Added a little s & p...

Well were they edible? I'm a pescatarian now so I don't eat sausage anymore. I used to love these when I was a kid. We called them "coon balls" b/c they were made with coon cheese - like cheddar. I make them now with the fake veggie sausage stuff for parties and add some olive oil to get a greea...

I pan fry mine in a T of butter and a T of olive oil til they're golden brown and crispy, then I put whatever sauce or toppings I want on them. SOOO GOOOD!...

The usual recipe is 1 lb sausage, 4 c. shredded cheese, 3 c. bisquick. Add whatever else you like - chopped green onions, rosemary, cayenne, garlic powder, etc. Roll into balls and bake at 400 for about 12 min....

The Netherlands has a great tradition of yummy stuff on toast - they have this stuff called haagelslag (sp?) which is basically chocolate sprinkles that you put on toast and they melt into deliciousness. They also have this spread called Speculoos which is basically a peanut-butter consistency that...
