I imagine that the top brass for the Pirates and the Nationals were a little worried in 2023.

Next time you have a chance to dog
pile after a huge victory, don’t do it. Stop yourself and run away from the team, lol

I feel like I can pinpoint your age (old) just by looking at the punctuation and use of capitalization.

No problem with it, but I did worry a bit when I saw big John Peterson committing to the pile

Funny you bring this up . I noticed Milam did not participate in the dog pile after the CWS

That was hilarious. If anyone can find that video, it's worth a look. He ran to the pile late, got spooked and hopped back with his hands kind of clutched up to his chest.

He wanted no part of it.

Contrast baseball players and football players at the ends of their respective college careers. Baseball players eagerly jump into that pile, while football players claim playing in a bowl game is too risky.

I noticed that Anderson was staying on the periphery. Smart man.

I noticed Milam did too.

But I damn sure dogpiled my wife after that one. Unfortunately she was not pleased. I must have done something wrong…like I apparently do every day.

I’ve been on the bottom of a dog pile. It was one of the more uncomfortable situations I’ve ever been in. That being said, I’d give just about anything to relive that night.

It seems a lot worse than it is. I’m my experience it isn’t that big of a deal.
