I try to joke, talk, and keep a lighter side as a way to cope because my brother is the only partial Bama fan we have being born here. He likes LSU too, but stubborn to the end he wanted to be buried in an Alabama polo shirt and I almost put an LSU polo shirt on him to make myself laugh just so I wouldn't start to cry as the rolled him out for all to see.

So you screwed up. Big deal. Everyone does.

It's also nice to see that people on this board actually have a heart and can support one another.. when they aren't spewing out senile, bantering, pretentious, all-knowing, self-absorbed, spiteful, malicious, virulent, slanderous, ostentatious, and not very nice comments.

I read your first post. Said prayers. I hope memories will eventually help your family. I can't imagine that pain and the double whammy with your mom. I wish you all peace in short order.

Life hits us all very hard at times and we respond often in ways that are completely out of character. I did it just a few days ago when my mother was diagnosed with cancer. The ranters that really know you, and appreciate your comments will understand. Tanke care and best wishes!
