99% of the idiots on this board can't understand how LSU could possibly lose a game. How many times does an LSU fan realistically think KY could cause problems? Or even how Ole Miss could stay on the same field as LSU although they do almost every year?

hyperbole much?

I agree. Kentucky is a must win. Hope nobody gets comfortable. We need a fire lit under our arse.

It's at home. It's an SEC win which might be in short supply this season. It's a game we should win. It's an East team, and it would be nice to keep the West undefeated outside the West. Any others smartarse?

Here's the truth about Florida: that team is evenly more poorly coached than our own.

And here are a few reminders about the Gators:

Alabama crushed them, the same way we would have crushed them if we had gotten good QB play.

Kentucky gave them the game.

Tennessee gave them the game.

We almost gave them the game.

a reasonable poster is here? nice to see for a change

Oh I am reasonable as well... That was a very ugly win last night.... But I will take just because I am an LSU fan... This team is a work in progress.. Will they win any of their remaining games??? We won't know till we play them.....This team is not even close to what most on here think or want.. But they are not as bad as some are saying......

No, other years, some of our games would be gimme wins, we've fallen from that expectation

you mean like Ole Miss, Arkansas, or even Kentucky. They never were 'gimme wins'.

disagree I saw an offensive line that seemed to be getting more comfortable with the blocking scheme, that really is an above average defense in Fl.

Yes Kentucky did look better than Florida yesterday. It took three overtimes for Florida to beat them at home.

Kentucky also looked better than LSU when they played ULM.

I just hope this isn't our only win the rest of the way. Kentucky and Arky are not gimme's this year.

They should never be thought of as a "gimme"....go ask 2007

Not even close. We've seen this team get blown out in 2 games since. No one win will give us a false sense of security the rest of the way.

This

and how could anyone who watched that game come away with anything more then we were fortunate to win it. A win is a win, and this season we'll take every one we can beg, borrow, or steal.

We beat a bad team on the road - good. But, there are many issues with this team
I am grateful for the win, but agree, Florida is probably 2nd worst team in conference. Folks need to take off the purple & gold glasses- we are a poor team with a lot of issues.
