Seriously guys, I don't think I've seen the Rant pile up on a current LSU player as much as they are piling up on JJ right now.

Lets take a deep breath and just chill for a couple of days. I can put myself in JJ's shoes and I know that being torn down by the fans of the school that I love and play for would either make me start to hate playing ball or I would feel unwanted.

And JL came back 100x better for it.

FIFY

JJ needs to sit on the bench for a little while, but I agree with the OP.

Don't know if I can agree with those last two words. He's definitely come back better. But I don't think it's because of the hate and bile that he got from the fans.

We actually put up points and moved the ball in 08. We just had a terrible defense. The ints would have not mattered with a defense close to this one.

I seriously think Lee was thrown into a hornets nest before he was ready...
JJ was never meant to be the #1 QB at LSU.
Anyone says different is full of shite.
JJ is doing what LSU needs him to do right now, he isnt a 5 Star QB. He is an athelete thats helping LSU the best way he can.
Lee is the QB, and his time has come.

You trying to say that being booed is making JJ a better person?

Honestly, what's been said on here the last 6 weeks or so has been no worse than what was said about Jarrett Lee from about half way through '08 until the Vandy game this year.

1. earn your scholarship that taxpayers pay for

2. Lee was jumped on way worse and is now better from it

Not really. I think the number of threads started to specifically call out JJ has far exceeded the number started to specifically call out JL in the past.

Anyway, 2 wrongs don't make a right and I think it's time we stop putting JJ down for entertainment. Most of the threads started now are there to laugh at JJ.

maybe it's the old sentimental slob in me, but I think Tigers need to stick together a little better than they are now.

If he wasn't so frickin negative on the field and was mature enough to understand that when me makes mistakes he should own up to them i think id maybe feel for the guy a little

Miles is to blame for the criticism. Chavis has done well playing the best players this year, on his side. Miles has a better guy at QB, but won't play him like he should. The criticism is on Miles, not JJ.

I think the LSU fan base needs to be cleaned out a bit too. Posters like this obviously don't belong in Tiger Stadium.

This post shows a complete lack of compassion as well as critical thought and I don't want this post to be the memory any football player has of LSU.

And I'll point out one thing, dumbass. Tax payers don't pay for football scholies.

Have you taken a look around here lately?

What about boos when JJ comes out on the field? Do you think he believes Miles is getting booed or he is?
