This kid can flat out play. He will clearly be overlooked by the 3 guys rated above of him, for fair reason, but I think Days is gonna the steal of this class. He has game for a 6'8" guy. (some people say he is 6'10", but Ima call it fair and say what I said).

Regardless, this dude can flat our score. He can shoot, dribble, drive, finish.

Nice highlights of Darius proving my point

I think Days might end up starting for us at SF or atleast playing meaningful minutes at the wing spot. What would be cool is having him be able to handle the wing on offense, and see if he can guard college 3's who are usually taller guards. If he can, we will have such great length for our frontcourt with Days, Reid, and Bigb(o)y. (Williams getting good minutes off the bench)

Gotta love it when you can say the 54th ranked recruit in a class is a "sleeper".

He's probably more like 6'6 or 6'7. But you're right, I think he will be a really good player. He reminds me a bit of Draymond Green in that he's not super athletic, but he can do everything well and can flat out score. North Carolina really wanted him

Wade said Days was his prototype 4 sooo...

Maybe that's why people are saying he will play the 4.

We shall see.

But the Rant knows more than the staff. Haven't you learned anything here? What's posted by the majority on the Rant is biblical.

He’s a 3 in my book.

We will see what happens.

He doesn’t have the body of a 3 to me. He looks like a small 4. SF should look and move like a guard with just a bigger frame. Brandon Sampson is a good example. He looks like a guard but in a 6’6” frame. Days is thicker and more powerfully built. He looks more like a 4 (not saying he couldn’t play some at 3) but I think his primary position will be a stretch 4.

Hope WW can get all these studs to play well together like Calipari does at KY, and unlike Daddy Dale did with CJ, Shaq & Stanley.

That's a great video of him. He looks fundamentally sound, athletic, and fluid. Very nice pickup.

He has a nice outside shot, and he's got the ability to shoot off the dribble, but he's not a 3. He might be able to give you some minutes there depending on the lineup the opponent is playing, but he's not a full time 3.

How people get in these positional disputes befuddles me. If we are playing with two pg's as wade likes to do, the other guys can all be centers IF they can guard their man

You're right, positions don't matter. It's all about the five skill sets and how they fit. Which is why I go back to the opponent, I don't think you'll see Will Wade ask Days to defend opposing wing players. It wouldn't end well, I have a feeling.

Stretch 4 looking at outside range with only so-so handles. Film showed little back to the basket or off hand skill set.
