The D line should be filthy. I think we take the game 24-14 or something close to that.

I mean, when you have dummies on here saying we're going to be 11 win season yeah, a lot of people going to be brought down to reality regardless how much we win this game by.

majority of my threads have been accepted.

But I say one time that we might actually have a close game and all bets are off

And then the other part is PTSDing about UCLA.

UCLA had a scarier offensive line and TE room. If Peetz wasn't an idiot that should've been a win

I think this take is as uninformed as all the rest.

We have NO IDEA what we are gonna see tonight. None. I don’t think they have any idea either. It’s ALL BRAND NEW. Everything down to the nutrition program.

It MIGHT be a huge success and we blow them out of the building.

Our completely unproven OL might open gaping holes in the run game and the team runs for 300 yards. They might struggle to run block but pass block really well…making it easy for our WR to go nuts.

They also might struggle against folks they haven’t practiced against while running a new offense with a new OL, a new RB, and a new QB.

I could go thru all the same things for the defense.

NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING. Maybe the best thing to do is just pump the brakes and wait until AFTER the game tonight.

I hope we win too, but along with that, I hope we see disciplined play and smart play. Get rid of the unprepared and undisciplined play of the Miles/Orgeron years. I hope we see a defense that knows where to line up, who they’re covering and can tackle.

I agree. LSU fans need to be patient. This team has a lot of talent, but a lot of youth and inexperience. There will be some serious growing pains.

that's what leads to this place melting down like ice cream after we go three and out once

This will happen regardless of what the expected outcome is.

Les’s teams knew how to tackle.

Anyone else worried about our secondary? We have two refugees from an Arkansas group that got torched bigtime. If the guys we got couldn't beat those guys out (and one is a starter), that makes me a bit nervous.

Oh- and yeah, watching the Arkansas and Florida games, I'm now even happier we got Jayden Daniels.
You could argue that Jefferson at Arky and Richardson at UF were not the better passers in their games, but they also were the reason their teams won. That ability to run wrecked a couple respected defenses.

GD. Can’t we just have one morning game day, first game, new era optimistic posts only.

I bet when your kid was born the first words out of your mouth were,” life is unfair and really sucks….welcome to this shithole world son.”
