How IN THE MOTHERFLUCK can over 20 LSU "fans" down vote a thread asking to replace our ABSOLUTE JOKE of a HC with Chris Beard, who would have us winning big within 2 years????

Well now it's 40 people, not the 20 at the time of your post. So at least that many people No what you are suggesting would never happen for many many reason.

How about we start a thread for every coach on the planet that would be a better coaching fit than MM. Because those threads would be no different than this one

If Woodward had any balls he'd hire him yesterday. Bear Bryant beat the shite out of his wife and coached in the SEC for a quarter century. Bring on the mean tweets.

Bingo. Things got out of hand one night and his fiancé called the cops, but didn’t want him arrested.

He won’t be convicted, but something went down. I don’t think Beard is a HC candidate for at least a few more years and maybe never again.

She attacked him and in defending himself probably went a little too far.

I think you let the Beard thing blow over during the off season and then go get him next year if/when McMahon fails early.

Look McMahon is way in over his head, and has to go resign, fire it doesn't matter how it happens. When make a comment that you don't have any answers then it's time to go,if you've coached at any level you know there are certain things you have to get better at if going to win and turn this around, not McMahon I don't have any answers goodbye!

Would you prefer that he blame the players for careless turnovers, lack of hustle or inability to hit open shots? Because that would have been the correct assessment, but the wrong thing to say.

We’ll see what happens when the portal opens. If Ward, Reed and Phillips leave then that’s an indication that he’s lost the team and would be appropriate time to have this discussion. If they stay, and he’s able to find a true PG in the portal, things will look vastly different next year.

So you know for a fact Beard is guilty??????????

How about we go by the facts. The charges (for whatever reason) are being dropped. Until he's (and here's a VERY important word) CONVICTED he's innocent until proven guilty. Is it possible women lie, or even exaggerate in regard to domestic conflicts?? Ever?? Maybe once or twice??

Are you this gullible?

You need to ask yourself that EXACT SAME QUESTION. If you and I weren't there, (and we weren't) we don't know what happened.

That's why we have a thing called the court system that adjucates potential crimes.

This may shock you, but some people lie/exaggerate when a serious accusation is brought against someone. If he's exonerated, or better yet, NEVER CHARGED, he would look just fine on the LSU sideline.

But I guess you are all knowing, and can tell all of us EXACTLY what went down that night? Remember this is a serious charge brought against a man, not speculating on what is going on behind closed doors in a negotiation or an NCAA investigation into a school. This is a man's potential freedom at stake.

If you get a chance, tell us exactly what happened that night.

You are going to great lengths to white knight for this guy.

I would definitely advise any woman I know to avoid dating guys like you.

I've been married for 30 years to my wife, and have never raised a hand in anger to her, or even remotely considered it.

I just LOVE LSU, and see a potential big time winner, who has been CONVICTED OF NOTHING. You seem to have a boner hoping this guy is guilty so he can't ride to our rescue. You sure you're an LSU fan homie???

Been a serious fan for over 40 years.

You're the one knighting for the guy, if anyone has a boner for the guy, it is you. There are all sorts of good coaches out there and you grab ahold of the guy who was arrested after a domestic disturbance throwing out he has been CONVICTED OF NOTHING. Just like OJ was CONVICTED OF NOTHING until he tried to regain stolen memorabilia.

That's commendable, my wife and I just celebrated 31.

That is how it should be and not the case with Beard. I

I have been a bit snarky and for that, I apologize. But I have never been tolerant of men mistreating women and would not be happy about hiring a man who did admittedly strike his fiancé but claimed self-defense.

Personally, I am hoping for Billy Donovan.
