I see the argument that WW couldn't talk to his bosses because of a potential subpoena

... then you have to suspend him ANYWAY.

Cant have him talking to or being around his players, offices, secretaries, etc.

Or they could be subpoenaed.

So if I was the raging mob I'd avoid that argument as it makes Alleva and King look even better. Maybe the radio hosts can cone up with a better theory for tomorrow.

Best of luck!

What?

Wade simply cannot talk about the case. He doesn’t have to avoid human contact? You don’t think he can have conversations where the FBI case isn’t brought up?

Why did he ignore his superior’s meeting request then?

But what if his players ask him?

Can't have that happen. Or wait... you actually thought his players wouldn't ask?

Or even better you thought he wouldn't talk to Smart? Who is referenced on the call?

you think the FBI would believe that?

Because the subject matter of the meeting was going to be directly related to the subject matter for which he was subpoenaed. This isn’t rocket science.

OP thought the PMAC had Suites where Alleva could hide last night.

WW just can’t talk about the ongoing trial. Simple as that. And I don’t want him too. The potential of hurting LSU further is too great. I don’t know why Alleva and F King would want that. Weird.

Because it was a meeting about the case and a trap to get Wade on cause.

What do you think they wanted to talk to him about? Gumbo recipes?

One big thing missing in your premise is THE FBI IS NOT INVESTIGATING WILL WADE.
Jesus, your trolling is getting tiresome.

Wade and Smarts lawyer are talking so no need for either of them to talk about it. Use the lawyers. Secondly, the players are focused on games and tournaments. They know not to bring it up because coach can’t talk about it anyway. I have no idea why that’s such a tough concept to believe. Everybody is a grown up.

Sort of correct. Alleva went and "hid" in the club room in NW portal at half time.

If you get Wade for cause it saves the University $9 million. You don’t think that’s why they wanted the meeting? Ok

Why do you choose to believe the media in this narrative that he didn’t? What official came out and stated this?

You’re acting like a fricking lib.

Lol. That's why you met with your boss and say "let this play out"

Or did you think he HAD to talk to them.

Listen, it cant be both. If taking to his bosses was bad, then letting him talk to his players, one of whom is on the call, is also bad

No, Joe is just following his historical decision patterns throughout his career. He hurt Duke really badly with his decisions and now he’s on at least number three for LSU and this may be the worse of the three...not quite as bad as Duke though.
