I say LSU admins have only 24 hours to act.

The only positive choice they can make is reinstating WW. If not, he’ll resign tommorrow. Mark my words.

He won't resign, he wants the buyout money. This will be a fight in court with a settlement for about half. Unless the OLOL thing is huge in which case LSU may just pay the buyout and focus on protecting its cash cow

You should probably learn how contracts work. Mark my words. WW won't resign in the next 24hrs unless LSU givens him a check for 9 million.

WW is NOT resigning under any circumstances. He has a wife and young child to support. And he is still getting paid most of his salary.
Now, after the trial in late April, the NCAA MIGHT get involved with a direct investigation of LSU. If LSU gets penalized severly, WW will be fired for cause with no buyout. But that is a long way off.

He's not resigning.
AND he is not getting his buyout, unless it some token negotiated settlement.
He faces termination with cause and his lawyers know that. The best they can do is to keep up the pretense that he did nothing for as long as possible and hope for a negotiated settlement.
