I really liked these helmets last year.

I did as well. Would love to see them brought back, perhaps once a year. Was also a big fan of the purple helmets too.

Never thought I'd see the day for purple helmets but they were done quite well.

you do realize these helmets were worn in the 50s and 60s, including for our '58 National Championship and Billy Cannon's '59 Heisman.

Those uniforms vs there’s with the Blue helmet is a must from here on out every year

Same. Really liked the white uniforms but their simplicity against the color changing helmet looked odd. They looked better on TV on re-watch than they did in person, FWIW.

This is the problem with "tradition." For some, tradition only starts at the point they remember.

Old school helmets. Need for the #’s to be slightly larger. Good for once a year retro.

I love those white helmets they’ve worn a few times. I love the traditional uniform combo but enjoy seeing a different uniform once in a while.
