The sooner people stop watching and listening, the sooner he goes away. He markets himself for the mouth breathers who do nothing but reach for the low hanging fruit. Don't listen when he will say something positive, don't listen when he sayd something negative, just stop supporting his show.

I think/predict Mr. Alabama (and sometimes Auburn) homer himself will be in a real "funk" on this week's show. He loves Ala. and gives LSU little to no credit - generally. I think Mr. "F" will be changing his tune this week. Should be fun to watch - at least for a few minutes. I just can't get over those ears..... LOL GEAUX TIGERS!

That's usually all I can handle.

Other than the sometimes funny bammer callers, the show is mostly boring as shite. It drags out for hours and Paul rarely has anything entertaining to add. I could careless who he favors and doesnt, the show in general is like watching a potato bake. JMHO

does it still come on at 1 or now 2pm daily? I want to hear Tammy call in and Paul talk to her about Leonard Fournette.

I stopped listening to him last year because he's very much a pimp for Saban & bama. He said, live on the air, "the 3 national championships Alabama won were the 3 greatest days of my life". He has season tickets. He's on the bama sideline for every game he attends. He considers Saban one of his best friends. After bama's epic loss last yr to Okla. he said, live on the air, he was depressed for 2 wks & did not watch ESPN for a wk. But what bothers me about him is that he's using the SECN as a recruiting tool for bama. We all know he's troll for bama, but 18 yr old recruits around the country do not. There's a reason 104.5 cancelled his radio show this summer.

Finebaum is a troll. He started out pumping bama because they're the most consistently good team in the SEC but now he just hams it up to frick with people. He often jokes about how if you want to get on his show, just mention something positive about Saban. Some of you take this college football business too seriously

Give Paul credit.....he was on ESPN last Thursday and gave Uber props to LF7. ...calling him the greatest RB he has seen in college since Bo Jackson if not better.

I can't believe people outside of Alabama actually watch the talking testicle. What a horrible waste of time and brain cells.

Where are you getting this?

You obviously haven't watched his show since August 2014, or even December 2013.

He gives Alabama their props...what the hell is wrong with that?

A lot of LSU fans call in from Biloxi and Mobile and he always treats them with great respect and gives a fair assessment of the state of LSU football.

If you watch with an open mind, the Paul Finebaum show is clearly the best CFB show available.

I would invite you to drop your animosity towards Paul and watch or listen to his show from 2-6pm. Your life will become exponentially better.

This. Just listen to the episode he recorded in baton rouge on Friday. He had Jim Hawthorne, Johnny Jones, and Marcus Spears on and he had only good things to say about LSU. He even said that we got screwed in 2011 by having to play bama again

If Phyllis from Mulga calls in, that would be worth listening to.

I'm not sure he is against LSU although there is evidence of it. He is, however, down on Miles. It is most apparent in the difference in the way he handles calls from Georgia concerning Richt being on the hotseat and his encouragement of hotseat talk for Miles. Whenever someone calls in to say Georgia should fire Richt he is very logical and reasonable. He'll say things like yes Richt needs to win more of the big ones but who will you find better. On the other hand, he had Moscona on and one of his questions to Moscona was "What would the worst that could happen if LSU loses to both Mississippi State and Auburn to start the season?"
Then when Moscona said it could result in a losing season Finescum asks, "What would that do to the future of Les Miles?". The point is he constantly encourages the discussion of replacing Miles. He'll be on the bandwagon now. He looks horrible if he doesn't

And I've never seen anything to suggest he genuinely dislikes LSU.

His first job was in Shreveport, and he apparently had a bad experience there. He doesn't like Louisiana, and that carries over to LSU.

One thing for sure about today's show is that the line for the pay phone at the Tuscaloosa Walmart will be short...Phyllis's dumb arse may be able to get on before 5:00pm

This week's dialogue will go something along the lines of "the jury is still out on lsu. they still have qb issues. they still have Miles. auburn isnt that good. bama beat themselves. We've seen this before. bama will win out and be back in the playoff because they are bama and have Saban."
