I loved this play

I know it’s a basic run, but I loved the design. This was a play that played into Sam’s strength imo. Could’ve been more direct with the score imo, but I am just a fan.

It would probably be even better if 75 would make a block instead of essentially making the tackle

And yeah I actually don’t even love the play call that much. I much prefer a run pass option, although as a first down call it isn’t as bad as when we see it on 3rd.

Well, at that point in the game he was trying to run .7 seconds after the ball was snapped so they figured they might as well at least block for it

A lot of OL play is just getting in the way.... 75 did a good job of getting in the way.
