I keep seeing that JD would sit at UW or Oregon

At first I just brushed it off as a few trolls trying to piss off LSU fans, but there actually seems to be a lot of people that believe that. Shows you which people actually watch the games versus the “muh stat padding” idiots. You can’t convince me that coaches wouldn’t immediately take JD with all the tools he has.

In a since it's true. If JD transfered to Oregon and Bo Nix was the starting QB. JD would sit. But if they came in as Freshman together Bo Nix would transfer to Auburn.

It’s a dumb argument however you look at it. Even if you want to say it’s true then you also have to say that Nix and Penix would sit at LSU. So, what’s the point of this argument? To create a narrative for the purpose of robbing a deserving player of the Heisman. And why is such a narrative needed? Because there is no statistical or factual argument that favors either Nix or Penix. So instead we get this crap.

Just goes to show that trophy is a popularity trophy. Nothing to do with whom is deserving of it anymore. Nix was a mediocre QB in the SEC. Had to go to the PAC soft to lol good.
