SPOILER ALERT! This post is fairly long. Don't read this and move on if you're one of those with a short attention span or one of those clods that "Don't Care" about things like Uniforms or Field Graphics..............
I AGREE with the OP, but you'll have to contact the Athletic Department and/or the LSU Administration on matters such as this.
It's extremely infuriating that Woodward and a few of his "Boot Lickers" went on this maddening crusade to do away with many Tiger Stadium historical icons for no valid reason.
All the newer Tiger Stadium field graphics look like shite. Endzones look like shite. Yardline markers look like shite. The narrower field exterior border paint looks like shite. Tiger Eye looks like shite.(too small not correctly painted). Goalpost padding looks like shite.
There was not ONE VALID REASON for changing any of it either!
It's the same "Dysfunctional Mentality" being displayed by the LSUAD that led to the initiation of
demonic pre-recorded (piped-In) music and the DJ.
It's like they went out if their way to violate the "If it ain't broke, don't try to fix It" thing, but it's basically "Spitting in the Face" of all the Alums and Fans that grew up in that stadium!

I have been saying this since they changed them. Go back to the longer ones. I’d like to see the Saban era LSU block back I. The endzone as well
