I noticed at the end of the game Myles was hugging coach O and also partook of puring gatorade on Coach O. Solidified what I have been hearing, that He is all in and a team player and not jealous of Burrow. He is going to be ready. Burrow had a few hiiccups his first year as a Tiger and I suppose Myles will too, but the new Offense will help mitigate some of that if Myles has the smarts and prepares like Joe over the summer.

to be fair, he chose a guy who was a Heisman finalist and top 15 pick over Burrow

Brennan has all the skills, he needs the intangibles and that's what we don't know

Toughness, confidence, competitiveness

His size is still a problem though because we don't know if he can take off like Joe did against Bama and take a hit from the LB and DL piling on top of him.

Based on LSUs roster LINK

Burrow: 6'4 - 216 pounds

Brennan: 6'4 - 207 pounds

I know those stats could be incorrect/outdated, and Burrow is definitely more physically built, but just some food for thought.

Brennan is 6’-4”, 207
Burrow is 6’-4”, 216

Let’s stop acting like Brennan still weighs 190. He about a pizza away from Joe’s weight with a full off-season to bulk up.

He’ll be fine.

Right, it isn’t like he chose some bum. The dude owns the OSU record book.

Honestly, for a guy that I don’t think has the most integrity, I give Urban a lot of credit for giving Joe the chance to move on rather than try to slow play him to try to keep him around.

Burrow has said they stay in contact, it’s clear he doesn’t blame him for the way in went down.

Now that doesn’t mean he isn’t loving making everyone second guess the decision

Great that he has an opportunity to learn from the best before taking his turn. Hopefully we'll get a good look at him in the 2nd half this week.

I saw the hug of CEO by Brennan too. I'm sure he'll be the Tiger QB next year and the following year. BUT WHAT ABOUT PARRISH? Any rumors that he is leaving?

I don’t have that much confidence in Brennan right now. Has a cannon but no poise and confidence in the pocket. He has a whole off season with the 1’s to prove me wrong.

No need to get too far ahead of ourselves. Brennan will have opportunities to get some good quality reps in the upcoming games.
Also, you have to understand that next year will look a little different than this year on offense. Brady is a good coach because he uses the skills of the players that he's given. We're going to be a great team for years to come!

Miles, has shadowed and tutored under Joe for two years. He will take his athletic prowess and use the leadership and mindset he has absorbed and win the second national title in a row for LSU.

Maybe it was the development under this staff.

no, Burrow proved a lot before Brady ever got here. Meyer just has a certain type qb he likes. He has shunned other great qbs that didn't fit his mold. Meyer wouldn't know how to use Tom Brady. Just the way it is.

I liked watching that. My question with Brennen has been intensity and smarts. Good to see he displayed both in that clip.

Pocket presence and toughness are my concerns. Having a Smart four year guy with that arm strength is a blessing for 2020.
