Like Drew Brees and the Oklahoma state coach did and the players got triggered and layed down. .

Is that a good interpretation of what I’ve been reading?

Good for O if that’s indeed what happened.

Nah, he just didn’t do the bare minimum. He didn’t even realize what was going on

My question is if Clark cares about LSU so much why he didn't go to O and tell him what to do, he was on LSU campus in Summer? Or why he doesn't get involved now to fix it?

Is that his job? Call me old fashioned, but shouldn’t the guy making the big bucks (the head coach) know how to handle this? Or is that asking for too much from the highest paid clown at LSU?

Truth. It lies with O. Question is what does he do right now?

Put in another way. The players felt that they couldn’t trust him on an issue that was very personal to a lot of them. Lack of trust will destroy any football team from the inside out.

Even if he agreed or didn’t agree, the job of a CEO is to get the best out of all of his employees, therefore he has to make sure they all feel heard and listened to. Not doing so will lead to resentment and resulting lack of trust. Have you ever had a boss you thought didn’t care what you had to say? How motivated were you to do what he said?

No just like you he thought it was a political issue.
Standing up for equality is not a political issue.

He should have just supported his players without acknowledging trump.

It's his right to express his opinion and freedom of speech. But just because it's your right doesn't mean people will agree with what you say.

False. It’s more important to get the right people in place and the wrong people out. Pelini and E need to go. O will do this.

Oh bullshite. First they aren’t employees. Second, it’s not his job to make them all feel
Heard cause that’s not their right. That’s a privilege they have to earn. Seems to me he needs to do some mass “firings” since the “employees” have shitty attitudes.
And where is it written that everyone has to be heard and listened to? WTF is that shite? Again, there is no right or obligation to be heard. That’s something you earn if it’s possible.

Good Lord, we as a program, a country, and a society are screwed if we give in to all this “I want to be heard” shite. Everyone can’t just “quit” cause they’re feelings are hurt.
