Use your words and explain why it's stupid.

You're talking about risking injury and 10+ million and instead getting the league minimum

#1 he would have to re-enter the drafter after a year away, no team would take him in the first round so there goes 10+ million.
#2 he would risk an injury staying away from a year working on his own. Gets injured guess what no money
#3 he gets drafted as a UFA he can still make half a million a year and because he is a UFA he would only have to sign a 3 year deal putting him back on the market at a younger age than anyone else and able to sign a big second contract

will know if I feel bad for him or the team that drafts him soon enough.

I know I feel bad for him now. We have no idea what has happened, but on what little we do know about Collins, I can say that I feel bad for him, for his situation. People act like we can't feel bad for both the victim of the crime and a football player that might just be caught in this because he dated her a while back.

What legal problems??? He knew a chick that got murdered. The #1 overall draft pick has had legal problems

I knew people who have been murdered and the cops never ask me to come in for questioning.

Let's hope you can revisit this comment in the future and be correct.

We all face adversity in our lives. Hopefully, La'el will grow and prosper from this situation.

Considering someone lost their life and a baby now has no mother, I am hoping Collins understands his draft situation does not compare to the real tragedy from all of this.

Some of you have very screwed up priorities.

Since when is answering questions regarding the murder of a loved one, after the BRPD have adamantly denied that he was a suspect, considered a legal problem? It may become a legal problem in the future if he is charged with anything, but as of right now I wouldn't consider this a legal problem yet

He has retained a criminal defense attorney to represent him in responding to a police inquiry in a murder investigation. His connection to the investigation is costing him a significant amount of money. He also has an unresolved paternity issue regarding a motherless new born.

These are legal problems. He may be 100% innocent. Lots of good, innocent people deal with legal problems.

I feel for the child that grows up without a mother. Regardless of who was or was not involved.

What's pathetic is the SECrant collectively is foaming at the mouth and hoping that Collins is somehow involved so they can have a field day with this.

Some LSU fans would act the same way if Collins played for a different team
