The sad part is that there is very little that LSU fans have to look forward to for a long while. We know that whatever happens the rest of the year, LSU is going to look like exactly the same team beginning next year, lose the first game and show nothing new on offense or defense. Nothing ever changes at LSU, just some personnel running the same old tired O and D plays.
As someone that wants to see real changes in all aspects of our boring football philosophy, I don't see anything on the horizon that is encouraging.
That is what bothers me the most.

Yeah, I have the last couple games on dvr and haven’t even watched them. I was gone for both games and have no desire to watch our 2nd and 3rd loss in a row. I can care less about vandy game or this recruiting class now. I’m over the BK experiment

Ditto bro. Never been so disinterested in LSU football in my life and I’ve been following since I could walk (I’m 44). Nothing exciting to look forward to anymore

I’m not pulling against us by any means. Just bored with the season at this point. Nothing to play for so the season loses it’s intensity now.

CBK is a used car salesman that sold us a BS pitch on “alignment” and “building up through the HS ranks”

I remember the Archer and Hallman years well. It was different then. Expectations were lower. Then came Dinardo in 1995 and a glimmer of hope. Then after Saban’s 2nd season is when expectations grew sky high and LSU football became nationally prominent since then.

Were you a fan in 2020 or 2021 ha. We set all time sec bad records fo or defense and pass defense. Or anytime we played defense last year? DC is at least scheming his arse off most games to get the almost same group of guys to not get walked down field every drive.

Just stinks have a dink and dunk offense that can't run when need to get red zone yards.

Yep. He's kid. No experience. He doesn't understand what bad times really are.

People were definitely checked out in 2020. I remember people being all proud that they weren't going to watch the Florida game. Sucks for them it was an awesome game.

2021 was bad but we knew O was leaving so people were still talking about prospective coaches. They hung tough against a potent Bama offense in Bryce Youngs heisman year and had a clutch TD to beat A&M. That was fun.

Point is even in bad seasons the games can still be fun to watch. People that claim to stop watching the games this year, I don't believe most of them because the gane thread will still be moving after kickoff and the rest aren't real football fans.

Everything after 2019, the last real NCAA football season showcasing the greatest team ever, has been a shite show.

College football is ruined and is never coming back. Just take the L and move on to do something else with your Saturdays. It's just not worth it.

I think lots of people would argue that after the Les Miles era, lots of shite changed leading up to 2019. You think the current players are “tired”? Have you forgotten toss dives?
