I hate that the big 10 power teams don’t play each other until end of regular season
They will marinate in the top 10 until then
Bottom line is we will have to win SECCG to get into playoffs
Once SEC team gets into playoff the majority of the time based on history will win natty
OSU had excellent opportunity to win natty last year and blew it
Michigan I don’t think has the kahunas to finish a natty
I think it will be Texas against SEC champion for natty whoever that is

I’m definitely feeling 2007 vibes.

You got downvoted to hell but you aren’t wrong.

The combined IQ around here is about a 20 so don’t mind them

The subject says dominant/elite. Pretty good is neither.

FSU looks like it to me. They had a fluke fumble, scoop and score that made the game semi-close. But if you call that close then the 2019 Tigers had some close games, too (they didn’t).

Yeah, and Texas, Bama, Clemson and Auburn “should have “ beat the 2019 Tigers.

That’s a joke. FSU beat the piss out of LSU. In no universe is “We should have beaten them” a reasonable take on that game.

Sure we dropped some balls we should have caught, but so did FSU. In fact, they dropped more.

I think Washington is legit

Meh, until one of those west coast teams actually beats a good team from the south, I’m skeptical at best.

How many times have we seen a school like that look great all year then get embarrassed in the playoff.

Yep Washington and USC are serious

Again, let a west coast team beat a good southern team when it matters first.

USC lost to Tulane last year.

If LSU and FSU played again this weekend, LSU would probably be favorite as they were the first game. People act like the result in one game is definitive, teams often play back to back weeks with vastly different results.

Yeah, you make a good point. I actually thought Michigan could be dominant last season until TCU whipped that a_s. We’ll have to see if they’re any better this season.

That’s right. My fingers are crossed we can take this 1 game at a time and meet them sumbiches in the playoff for a rematch. Then it’s that a_s!

I agree - with the USC thing- I watched them a couple times. They are very fast on defense. Have elite WRs - and probably the best QB in the country
