I'll always believe we can win. That's what it's all about.

Dont bring your whacky common sense around these parts!

The problem with this loss is the fashion it came in. OSU is a very good bball team.

The loss itself is not as upsetting as HOW we loss. The errors, bad throws, misplays, and poor base running are just so uncharacteristic of LSU BB. Our bats have also been pretty quiet these last two games. Frustrating to see such a GOOD team play poorly on this stage.

With that said Poche and Hess up! Never stop, never quit...let's get back on track Wed!

As a wise man once said...
"If you can't accept failing the majority of the time, then baseball is not your game".

Missing 2 out of 3 pitches will get you a .333 BA and put you in the hall of fame...but you have failed or 60% of the time. Baseball is a funny game AND everyone of those young men feel much worse after that game than any jackass on here.

Baseball is a screwy sport. I think they let the hype of this game get to them. They'll be ready to bounce back Wednesday and take this thing back.

I have one more thing to add to your two things to say, and that's no matter what happens, I'm proud of these kids for playing hard this year.

IMO, they are still playing an amateur game while in school, they aren't professionals. Close enough to be called a kid. My niece is 23 and a senior in college, I refer to her as a kid still.

Most people don't understand the sacrifice, dedication, and commitment these young men make to play and excel. Everything that could go wrong last night did go wrong. It happens but win or lose I love these guys.

no, I think most people do indeed understand all of this, and we respect the players for it.

But these guys voluntarily chose to play for LSU, which is a premier baseball school, with high expectations and pressure. Fair criticism is appropriate and they should expect that and be able to handle it.

They're not snowflakes.

It's always funny watching posters that do nothing to make lsu sports a better product get on here and talk about what level of success they'll accept.
