I wanted Lane at LSU for a long time, but not the way he came.
Leaving Ole Miss the way he did was horrible.
Saban left LSU in a normal manner and so many LSU fans hated him for so long.
I can understand why people feel the way they do about Lane

Another result of poor rule making/scheduling issue from the NCAA/CFP. He might leave LSU in the same manner someday. It’s amateur sports and a business. People need to take a step back. All of the noise is for national media to sell advertisements and keep people tuned in.

This is correct. It's amazing how many of these folks are absolutely giddy over the prospect of LSU being expelled from the conference. It's a lynch mob mentality.
My "hatred" of every other SEC program precedes the current events. However I would not want to see any other SEC program expelled. Ten programs have been in the SEC for over 90 years. The traditions, rivalries are what makes CFB so special. They just want to toss that aside.
The hypocrisy is over the top. The SEC's positions are beyond the pale when you consider how nebulous the lines have been drawn. Attended an nFL mini-cap but didn't sign...welcome back. Attended an NFL camp but received a small payment (far less than NIL deals pay) and you're a "pro".
How are you an NFL player if you never played a down in regular season game under contract? It's splitting hairs and semantics distinguishing the modern college player and NFL player.
I fear for LSU fans safety in Oxford and certainly Kiffin and the players could be at risk from projectiles, etc. I am sure there will security for the players buses, etc but these fans are beyond reason.
