You’re not very bright are you? You can pull up MVB highlights and see him rushing for touchdowns that aren’t just QB sneaks. His rushing numbers look like that due to be sacked. He’s a capable runner. Nuss’ numbers vs SEC opponents aren’t much better than what a freshman MVB put up.

Mothafricker, it doesn’t take a genius to look at head to head stats and see that Van Buren is not some great run threat. And he damn sure isn’t a better passer. Also, 27 sacks, with an offensive line that was at least as good as ours this year, shows his pocket awareness was not there. The fricking stats don’t lie, and everyone that went to fall camp said Van Buren looked like shite. So take that bullshite and try to sell it to someone else.

Well coaches making millions do stupid things all the time, that's not a very good argument. Saban pulled the starter they had all year halfway through the National championship game down a couple scores to let a true freshman come in. They eventually won the game. You're telling me our coaches dont have the balls to let a backup who has SEC experience in for a couple drives against fricking ole miss when our starter is completely stinking it up.

Curne gave us the best OL play we’ve seen all year and the coaches getting paid millions have him 3rd string.

This is the ultimate example. The best that ever was pulled his starter in the NC and put the backup in to try and spark something and it completely changed the game. Now, granted, Tua had a ton of hype and talent, but still, Saban threw him in there in the most difficult situation imaginable and everything changed.

Sometimes nothing changes or it gets worse and you still lose, but it's worth a shot when your offense just looks atrocious and is doing nothing anyway (not that Nuss is the only issue with this offense though).

You just can’t play as bad as Nuss did last week and not see the bench for a bit. Nothing personal.

Meh....It's a fair assessment to think MVB could've won vs Ole Miss. It's not like he would've been starting for the first game of his career OR that he can't make the required throws. MVB may not be the mobile QB that some on this board believe him to be but I guarantee either Ole Miss would've had to change from a 3 man rush OR MVB would've easily picked up the needed first downs.

Also, let's not act as if by starting Weston Davis, this staff didn't tell us HE was the best option. Yet, Curne looked MUCH better than Davis. Do you also believe the coaches were right in their assessment there?

Nobody thought JD5 was going to be great coming out of Arizona State and he was holding a Heisman Trophy two years later.

I have a friend in nfl scouting. He knows Kelly very well. I asked him about JD when Kelly got him to come to LSU. He said he brought him here because he didn’t have his guy. Meaning the type BK wants behind center. I didn’t ask him about Van Buren but I assume the reason is the same.

I think BK really likes Nuss. It’s hard to not be loyal to a kid like Nuss who has stuck around and now is a leader on your team. I think BK is in a tough spot. I don’t think Nuss is hurt. I also think if Van Buren comes in he’s not coming out.

more about football than tRant.

TRant is comprised of a lot of fans. Judging from what I have seen on the field, my vote goes to tRant.

Certainly tTant could make better staff selections.
