Someone at LSU must have really offended Vitale. He is either in denial about the scandals in college athletics or he is afraid somehow this is going to affect his salary in some way.
No one trusts hypocrites. I have lost all trust for Dick Vitale. I don’t understand the hate he has for Will Wade and LSU. There has to be more to this LSU/Vitale saga.

The only scandal for Vitale is that someone other than Duke (and the other bluebloods, plus ACC) is getting attention.
If the LSU drama had been Texas Tech he'd have acted the same way.
If it had been Kansas, he'd be screaming "c'mon baby, that's all hearsay. We don't need to run this. Let's see some ball!"

He’s much too loud and obnoxious about this to not have some involvement or guilt of some kind.
He actually thinks people can’t see straight through this stuff. Man it’s crystal clear to me that’s he’s got some guilt about all this. If he actually cared about the game then he would be outraged by it all not the selected few. He really fricked up coming at LSU so hard. May have ruined his career. ESPN will still put this clown on the air though. He won’t have near the ratings he once did especially in the flyover states. Maybe the coasts but in between, he’s all but done imo.

I hit him with Cal. bringing down two programs, and some guy said Cal. did NOTHING wrong at U.Mass. it was all Marcus Camby taking money and Cal. is great.
