Aren't the players supposed to be doing commercials or promotions for private companies to earn their money? I don't live in Baton Rouge, has anyone seen them in commercials, selling merch or any other way they are being paid for their name or image?

The NIL rules have never been followed because they’re not real. NIL is the biggest dog and pony show I’ve ever seen but since fans are so cucked and stupid they believe anything media tells them no matter how ridiculous. It’s sad really, they’ve ruined the whole thing.

You are seriously one of the dumbest posters on this board. I honestly believe you have some mental issues. I do find it funny when you go off on your rants about you understanding basketball, but anyone that disagrees with you does not. LOL. I can assure you, there are actual adults on here that have played the game, beyond high-school...including myself...and I assure you that I have forgotten more about basketball than you ever knew. BUT, that isn't required. The only thing that is required is common sense, and a little intellect. Money talks. LSU and SC were at the bottom in NIL this year, in terms of spending on Men's basketball. If you think these kids aren't going to the highest bidder, that's on you. LSU got what it paid for, and that was a team with FAR less talent than almost every other SEC team. That's a fact.

The players are being paid for the use of their names, images, etc, and personal appearances at events. They are not being paid to play.

I said many times that more cash wont necessarily mean more wins. how many times would you like me to repeat it before you will stop lying about what I mean or imply? I am saying very explicitly that money doesn't really buy wins.
the point here is this: the ONLY way to disagree with what I have said is to claim that money means nothing. because I am saying very precisely that all other things being equal, money is better than no money.
you cantg disagree with this, and you cant quote quote me saying anything I didn't say (such is the nature of quotes) and yet you still try and claim I said what I haven't, and what I strongly oppose.
