Corey chest is the 17th ranked player in the portal right now.

You can’t make this stuff up.

The mc men would be meeting the transfer at the airport if we signed the 17th ranked transfer

Glen west of 24/7 is on the the radio right this second saying LSU is gonna up the money. your claim is the he is lying. but apparently the way you know this is secret. why would you keep that secret from other fans?

Yeah but on this team that shows no effort and can't rebound a guy that's all effort and rebounding is "a luxury we can't afford".

Speaking out of turn but I don’t think anyone is denying that they might put up more NIl total dollars

I think the majority think that it’s just dumb and potentially delaying things trying to raise more millions next year for a buy out and then further putting the program in a hole.

You are incapable of forming opinions. You should get that looked at.

maybe that's true. my impression is that folks here are saying its a lie that the school is increasing NIL cash to competitive levels.

I said it seems possible that is true they are raising the money, and also that more money is better than less (but doesn't guarantee wins) and they lost their shite

That is not why people argued with you. It’s because you ask annoying questions and refuse to answer others questions.

Have a nice life sir

topic is basketball, not me. and specifically we are discussing payment for players. I don't know anything about that. I have zero connections, I don't know players, I dont know university officials. I cant say that they are reducing or increasing anything. my opinion is of no consequence on that.

however some of you are making claims about the money. it turns out if asked how you know this, you go fricking crazy with rage

I have no knowledge of the money situation. i apologize but I simply cannot answer what LSU is paying. this is a claim others are making, not me.

Your impression is wrong.

The only thing that people have said the AD is lying about us the exaggeration of how far off our NIL spending is relative to other SEC schools.

The evidence being that our recruiting classes have had numerous top 100 players.

Conversely.

IF we are THAT far off in NIL then that points up an AD and/or coach caught flat on their feet or unable to inspire confidence to donors.

We can't afford to pay starter money to someone who gives nothing on offense against good teams. Richer teams that have plenty of offense and are missing rebounding can afford to overpay a project player.

Right now, we have 1-2 guys on the roster that should start in the SEC, one of which coming off an ACL. We have higher priority needs. We couldn't score to save our lives this year and big-time scorers are going to require a huge payout.

Moving the goal post I see but no that wasn’t his only good game. Funny you were calling him an NBA player a little over a month ago but now he’s a bum. Typical from you

I will correct your quote to make it more readable:

how much did he say we have, and how much did he say they have? how do you know he is lying?

He has the potential to be an NBA contributor, but right now he's a project...that we don't have the luxury of paying big money. We can have all the rebounds we want, but if we have no one to put the ball in the hoop, it won't matter.
