I dont think suspending Kiffen is a option LSU would consider without concrete evidence of wrongdoing or at least they shouldn't.

I'd be pissed considering LSU broke no rules while TX gets to roster a "Pro" player and then appeal their inelgiblity.
LSU should be pissed too if that happens and bring every legal measure possible against Sankey and the conference at that point.

For supposedly recruiting and encouraging these players to sue for their eligibility in conflict with the interests of the SEC.
I’m not saying I agree or that Kiffin did anything wrong, but that is the argument.
