Replace the Robinson Brothers Banner with a projection screen, have more raffles(im not going to pay $5 for a cajun microwave raffle), and something with fan interaction like the SEC Fan Fair, nothing like watching grown arse men get the shite yanked out of them when they run the bungy thing, oh and maybe a gaming area too interactive driving range, gold'en tee, moving goal basketball game etc.

Poor Dandy Don. It looked like he had been wearing that windbreaker since 1996 when he started the site. I wanted to bring him to Tiger Mania and get him some new gear.

90% of free throws were into the reserved table section (less than 1/3 of attendees). Two thirds were general admission seats and were able to get maybe 10% of the throws. Needs to be changed.

I'm down with the gaming/activity section. I was spcefically thinking of SEC Fan Fare when I mentioned the football toss / dunking booth etc. But all kidding aside how about the Golden Girls vs the Tiger Girls in Bikini Oil Wrestling? My money would be on the Tiger Girls.

I think having tickets more accessible like sold at LSU ticket office or a few places in town would help.

Also offering a discounted ticket for students would help bring the younger folks in. But then again, they are probably worried about beer.

I didnt go this year, but a haircutting booth? Good grief.

Keep in mind that this is not a kids event. It's a bunch of guys skipping work to drink beer, eat and talk about LSU. Bringing in your kids will only make things more difficult. I don't really care all that much about recruiting so after eating and talking for a while it got old.

In all sincerity, you need to get involved and make all of these things happen. I would go if they did. As much as I love LSU, I hate being at events with the fans of LSU. This is a great example as to why.

Have Mike VI (real one) serve my jambalya. Have Lester Earle, Pedro Suarez, Gary Pegues, and Adam Walton argue over who is the biggest loser in LSU athletics history.

HOW TO MAKE THE RECRUITING BASH BETTER
I went to the bash thinking that you would get the latest info on the recruits as it was annouced. Not the case. The people at the bash were the last to know about what was happening.

It just was not enough about recruiting and giving us info on the recruits. i mean when Richardson was making his annoucement we had a freaking auctioneer rambling on about a damn painting or something for $2500. Like 99% of the crowd gave a shite.

This was my one and only problem with the event. It is supposed to be about recruiting and they should be saturating us with info, videos, press conferences, stats, more videos, interviews, guest speakers, etc. Screw the auctions and all the other peripheral announcements that ruled the day over recruiting. For the money that is being charged, I expected a much more professionally run event instead of things happening simultaneously.

I liked everything else but it seemed to me that the main purpose of the event was forgotten which was recruiting.

We could have that guy get in the Tiger cage again with Mike until Dale Brown and Jose Vargas talk him out...

That's a pretty nice compliment, but I'm not in "the club", have the $$$ to be in, or worthy. I love the Tigahs too much. I'm hoping that someone will read some of the great ideas put out there that is involved. Hell, I'd donate my time and energy for free if I thought it would make it better.

I think they're missing the big picture. You have to spend $$$ to make $$$. LSU should have THE BASH EVRYONE ELSE ENVIES. We have the food, the Tigers, all the ingredients...

I think more screens for sure, I was inthe middle toward the back and couldn't see the screen. To many of the guest speakers, no one gave a shite. Keep up with all recruits not just LSU recruits. I thought the trivia was cool could have had more. May e a tourny with whoever wants to enter. All in all a good expierence just wish I was more informed for paying 50 dollars than some guy on the street or at work who had more up to date info.

Dandy Don gets Depends with LSU logo.
Dandy Don gets thrown into Mike's cage when we do not get a recruit he said we would get.
Trindon Holliday shows off his speed by sprinting back and forth to get beers.

There are a # of good ideas here. Yes, more info about the recruits is needed--sr. year stats would be nice. And what did happen to the videos of Tiger football games that had been shown before? Another thing--a couple of speakers didn't project or resonate very well and were a bit tough to hear--is there a different type of microphone set-up--Not sure if anything can be done here!

I'm not sure what can be done to get more women there, but several did say to me there were more women attending the Bash--not just working at it in some capacity--than in previous years, and I thought so as well.

Maybe now that EA has a testing facility here in BR the could set a big booth up.

The hair cut booth was Team Cuts, they only intended on giving away one hair cut and scalp massage but too many guys were asking to get a cut so they started giving them for free
