I always start my day with Dandy Don then Tiger Rant. DD gives you great info while TR gives you many people gripes. Miles was canned because he claimed to have his lesson about the offense, but four games the next year. we saw the same "two yards & a cloud of dust". Coach O & Coach E and the rest of the staff took over & did a remarkable job. Coach O did get one of the upcoming offensive coordinators (Canada). PROBLEM - See resume. Record shown one year at most jobs. Unable to get along with the staffs. If you don't fit it with the other coaches, its a lost cause. In every job, the boss has the final say & if you don't like it = theres the road. New OC.--Coach E did a great job last year. He's a former player & alumni of LSU. He has earned (as a favor to Coach Or not). IT:S NOT YOUR CALL. Coach O will have to live with it. I'm a season ticket holder and will continue to be there.
Famous quote from Coach Miles "I've learned my lesson and next season, we will open up the offense and do things differently. Early 2016, same old, same old= No change. Game management still lacking during games. NO No No
81 years young. This year is my first not being in Tiger Stadium. As a young boy in 1945 i attended the games up to this year. Season ticket holder for many, many years. When I married , my wife & I attended two away games every year. - Good Years & and some not so good years - but Tiger Years. My problem is I can no longer walk from the the levee lot to the stadium & the walk up the ramp to the top of the south end zone. My boys & my daughter still attend the games with our season tickets. Some years ago (during a rent-a-win) a picture of the four of us standing under the south end score board was posted in the Morning Advocate. Four lonely but happy souls.
Some of our fan base might not accept until they jump on the bandwagon. I'm 80 years young & have gone thru coaches Bernie Moore - Les Miles. Coach O put great games back in Tiger Stadium in less than a year. He's a players coach, a dedicated person and a True LSU individual. GO TIGERS.
Upper SEZ Sec 417 (UNDER NEW Suites) we have six seats on row 41. three rows are protected from rain. Sorry, they are not for sale.

More often than not, PM appears to be talking to himself. No positive output. Did you notice after another inning of leaving men on base, he retreated to his seat in the dugout motionless.
You guys beat me to it - Roll tide round the bowl & down the hole, Roll Tide Roll.
re: traffic report from last night (postgame)?

We parked in the River Road lot. Left lot @ 1030PM no problem until we passed Ben Hur Rd. From there to Nicholson Drive was One Hour plus. Cars were turning around to go back to Ben Hur Rd. We sat at the casino for over one hour watching people use the nearest bush or tree . When we finally got to Nicholson Dr there was no traffic - evidently they cleared all traffic before they allowed us to turn onto Nicholson. This included game traffic & customers from the casino. We will not use River Road again. We will go north to I-10 and head to La Place. By the way, we got to La Place at 2:00 AM.
We were in the River Road lot on the south side. If I remember the signage, the north exit road is supposed to go north on River Road. This didn't happen. That exit allowed cars to go south on River Road including motor homes. After the north side of the lot was emptied, the cars in the south portion were allowed to exit. We sat in our cars for 30 minutes before we moved.

Zach, we will always remember your exploits on the field and the work you put out during your stay at LSU.The one moment that I will remember = your encourgement to the young man who followed you - you grabbed his hand pulled him down and passed the tourch of leaderrhip. TRribute to you as a great person and a true player. Your leadership will open many doors and you will be successful. Thank you & Go Tigers.
Every game in Tiger Stadium is a good game. Major SEC teams make for a great game. Make the UAB game and take in all the sights of game day - Mike's cage. GBFTL down the hill, GBFTL performance in the PMAC prior to the game, Student Union, Gift Shops, tailgating, music and cajun food outside the PMAC and Great Tiger Fans.

If the national tv viewers found the Sc game loud, let them see (and hear) how loud we will get for bama. Whenever bama has the ball, Tiger Stadium will be rocking.
Just voted. Glad to help. Harry4lsu

re: Official "what channel is the game on" thread for LSU vs ULM tonight @ 7 PM

Comcast in La Place....Guide shows both channels 271 & 64 - NCAA Regional LSU vs ULM. One has a repeat from the SEC tournament and the other shows not available at this time. Same info we had for the 2:00 PM game. Disgusting. Slap to Tiger Fans.
re: My Father-in-Law Seemed Surprised I Was Wearing P+G
Posted by harry4lsu on 1/25/12 at 6:39 pm to Purplehaze
I wear P & G almost every day, Maybe just a hat, or a shirt, or if cold a jacket. Anytime I'm questioned- my reply - I wear P & G 364 days a year and sometime on christmas also. No one replys to that.
Duke, I have been to more tiger games at home and away than you will ever attend. I don"t use a wheelchair. You asked a question and I gave my reply. Is your opinion any better than mine? I think not. If you want to get rid of your tickets, let me know. Are they yours are did your company order them?
I believe he realized it as he walked off the field monday night. If not, I sure Kathy let him know shortly after. He doesn't have to answer to us but to his team which I would say he already done.
re: How long have YOU followed LSU football, AND.........

I'm 75 years young and have been a tiger fan for 68 years. Been thru many coaches but LM is my favorite followed by Coach Paul Dietzel. No true tiger fan was happy about the BCS game nor should we be. The players and entire staff feel it more than we fans do. They worked for it, but some of us just complain. Sabin is a good coach but he also has lost games even to our tigers. Geaux Tigers, my family & I will be in the upper south this year. If anyof you elect to not return in 2012, let me know we could use some extra tickets.

Seventh Ward Tiger....On Jeffersons interception, the running back was a smart player. As soon as he saw jefferson running, he became a blocker and no longer a receiver. Good thinking.
Suggestion.......Restore Order is history but NEW ORDER is NOW.
