How much faith do you have in LSU leadership to hire s great AD?

I give them a 50/50 chance of not screwing this up and leaving LSU in a worse position than with Alleva.

More faith than I do in Alleva hiring or keeping a quality coach under his supervision. Which, of course, is none, so "any" faith would qualify as more.

Wait - my first response was to the post title.
Now, I can't agree with this "50/50" thing. Joe Alleva is clearly the worst AD in the Power 5. So, it is possible they can find a worse AD, it isn't 50/50. Can't be.

With no AD, I at least have hope that they can hire a competent AD. With Alleva in power, it never felt like I had hope for LSUs future due to the long, long list of mistakes.

Contrary to the popular wisdom on this board, the new BOS appointed by JBE has, within nine months of having voting control, apparently removed Joe Alleva. Alleva was appointed in the Jindal era. In fact, the Jindal board was so impressed with Alleva that they made him VICE CHANCELLOR in addition to AD.
Huge step forward by the new powers- that- be.

They could throw a dart at a list of names of NCAA AD's and have a 90% chance of hitting a name that would be a better AD than Joe Alleva.

Didn’t hear anything like that but literally just got a text from a good source saying simply “he is in, it’s a done deal” talking about Woodward.
