I guess that would be over your head to realize why they want to add more seating to the stadium. No way would it have anything to do with trying to align themselves with moving to a better conference once all the renovations in sports facilities are completed. Filled or not the current stadium condition was not very appealing to C-usa or other conferences.

Is that really a good investment though? Will the cost of adding 24K more seats be justified by increased revenues of being in c-usa rather than the sun belt? I understand that conferences put some weight on seating capacity, but I'm sure they also look at attendance.

So Western Kentucky, FIU, FAU, Middle Tenn St all had better stadiums and/or attendance - so Conf USA chose them intead of ULL? Think again.

no but they have equal stadiums and a bigger athletic budget. ULL is working towards nicer staidum while trying to increase the budget. The 40k which is right about where ULL is now would fit in with most of the stadiums in C-usa except for UAB and UTSA which both hold 65k+. ULL averaged 29k per home game. I know thats not a lot but its pretty equal when you compare it to other mid major conferences.

You averaged 25,775 in 2014, that's with home games vs Southern and Louisiana Tech

you are correct, the numbers i saw were just from the first 3 games. Either way its still in line with most mid majors.

It's ULL. Not USL. You're trying way too hard.

Since when is a plan an excuse? If you can't see how improving facilities and increasing the athletic budget makes you more appealing to another conference then you really are one of the dumber posters on this site but that probably went without saying.

The seats added to to the end zone are to offset the seats that will be lost once they renovate the upper deck.

But back to the topic at hand, I'll say 900. 600 they are allotted (which is the same number, roughly, that every host team sets aside for the visitors) and an additional 250-300 picked up elsewhere.

My 8 tickets come from my parents that have been lsu season ticket holders since before Bertman arrived.

A salesman from Lafayette was just in my office. He said a ULL buddy of his told him there were only 660 tickets available for Cajun fans.

A salesman in my office told me that this morning as well.

Apparently that's how many ULL baseball season ticket holders there are.

No their ticket holders are getting screwed. RCAF members who donate money get first dibs, even if they haven't been to a baseball game all year...... Money talks

No... The 600 is mandated by the NCAA for super regionals. Last year, miss state and ole miss fans whined incessantly about it when they came to lafayette

Don't you guys ever get tired of being wrong all the time... 3,700 Season Tickets.... Again small in comparison to yours but top 15 in the nation...

Of course you can't possibly find it in yourselves to acknowledge something pretty damned good anywhere but tigggger land
