Nothing under 30 will be enough to win though.

Bama's offense is gelling. We're gonna need a lot more than 30 if we want a chance to beat them.

This isbeither going to be 55-35 Bama or 45-41 LSU

I see this as about a 34 to 31 final score. Not sure which team will be the 34.

Our D has got to be stout for four quarters.

Well they held Ole Miss to 10 points. Our offense is better than Ole Miss statistically, so hopefully much more than 10.

We’re gonna need it.

Interesting analytical take by a Bama-biased article on how many points will LSU score on Nov 4. They mention low to mid 30s max.

There’s some serious hand-waving going on in this “analysis”. He begins to look at the data, compare performances, etc., then just says “LSU can’t score that much in front of the Bryant-Denny crowd.”

My guess is that his data would not have led him to the conclusion that he wanted, so he just said, f-it this is the deal.

Bama had the #13 defense in 2019 and Clemson had the #3 defense. Hung 40 on both. The point is - even the best defenses cannot stop elite offenses when they are going full throttle.
