Make sure to check the Cubs website first. Thank god I thought that because I got MUCH better seats for face value that way. Stub hub is really expensive.

Stubhub has them around 100 but I would check the Cubs website first. I think Sunday is more expensive than Friday as they're both day games.

Of our group I think everyone, but my wife and I are going to the game on Thursday. I'm flying into Chi on Wednesday but flying into GB on Thursday. I'd rather watch college football on thursday than MLB.
No doubt though there will be an Alex box sized crowd there at least on Thursday.

I'm a Cards fan but my brother and sister have never been Loserville (a.k.a. Wrigley Field) so I'm taking them on 9/2 and 9/4. Geaux Cards!!!

Going Wednesday 8/31 vs Pittsburgh. Kinda want to explore Lambeau/ Green Bay on Friday before the crowd becomes too overwhelming. I have a feeling Saturday is just going to be a blur...

My group did the same. I got skittish with sitting in the grandstand because the reasonably priced tickets were within the zone of danger for view obstruction. Also, bleachers should be a great way to experience the Wrigley atmosphere.
