I felt the exact same way after the 11/5 game. I was so drunk by game time that I actually didn't remember a single play of that game afterwards, other than knowing we lost due to a bunch of missed field goals. That game sat on my DVR unwatched until it was announced we were getting a second shot, at which point I could stomach watching it. After watching it, I was rather surprised you guys were so confident in your chances of winning the rematch after the first game. I was also rather surprised that Miles apparently didnt think that Saban would be prepared for the option after the first contest.

I switched off the game after expecting to see Lee after Jefferson flipped the INT. Once I saw Jefferson take the field, I knew the game was lost for sure.

The hard part is that it will hardly be avoidable in August/September as the season kicks off. I haven't seen a bit of it and will continue to avoid it later this year.
Frankly, in hindsight, I'd have just rathered we go to the Sugar Bowl and not be in the NC last season. Granted its easy to say that now knowing how it all ended.

You boys hiding down in the parrish got it easy. Here on the street at Mardi Gras you could see 6 year olds in red, "Total Domination" tee shirts, or an "LS-Who?" shirts. Red "A" flags in quadruple still fly on the F-150's. Yesterday it was a visit to the doctor's office and stuck on her cubicle wall the receptionist has a shot of Nicky with the ball. Today, while checking the bargains at Academy I came across a nice purple golf shirt with "BCS/LSU" etc on it. Marked down to $9.98 from $49.98. After some time with conscience, etc, and my Scotch-Hebrew blood, I bought the damn thing. My final reasoning was that I would wear it Nov. 3. Maybe elephants never forget...but Tigers never forgive. I hope it goes my way come our next encounter.

Highlights? Highlights?
The only LSU highlight was coming out of the tunnel!

Did someone drop Les on his head prior to the game because he looked dazed and confused the entire game?
You could cue up Jefferson's INT and rejoice that it's the last crappy play you ever have to witness from Mr. Pouty!

I'd rather have a root canal than watch that carnage again.

The only play I've seen is the LSUFreek gif of JJ's pic. I don't ever watch the beginning of SportsCenter because it shows them hoisting the trophy. I've kinda given up highlights all together since then.

Try as I may... I just can't get over Alabama making it to the NC based on "the eyeball test" the pundits kept referring to. It made all of what was known as Division 1 football illegitimate in my eyes.

The game never should have happened, and I think that's the way the LSU players felt too. My dad is one of the biggest LSU fans ever, and he almost didn't watch the game to start, saying Saban will not lose this game, almost like it was a 'set-up'. Had we played anyone else and lost, it wouldn't have felt so bad. I turned off the last several minutes of the game and did not look at ESPN or sports shows for over a week. Dammned if i was going to watch Lil Nicky hold the crystal ball. I simply will NEVER re-watch the game...it was erased from my DVR and life.

No wonder the Bama fan base is the most ridiculed in the nation.
